Offerings and classes
Reiki is an energy healing technique that relaxes and reduces stress. In a spa set up, or in a chair, the receiver finds the most comfortable way to lay or sit. The practitioner lets the reiki flow through the hands.
Journey sessions are a guided Shamanic journey with a drum and relaxation techniques reveal messages from your subconscious.
Cacao Circles and Reiki Circles
I am a spiritual officiant which is a non-denominational minister that honors and respects the spirit in the individual and family. Marry, say goodbye to a loved one, or celebrate the new life of a baby. The ceremony is a creation of all parties involved. I can infuse your beliefs and add an earthy spirit into the guided ceremony. Reiki can also be included in any of these ceremonies.
Yoga
I offer both private sessions and group classes. In private sessions, we can work on your goals, tailoring the sessions to your exclusive needs. Group classes allow you to experience movement in community.
